Welcome to Docuro.ai, a Growith company. Docuro.ai is operated by GROWITH LLC, headquartered at 8600 Freeport Pkwy, Ste 130, Irving, TX 75063.
By using Docuro.ai’s AI-powered voice automation services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Description of Services
Docuro.ai provides artificial intelligence–powered voice automation services, including call answering, scheduling, lead capture, and customer engagement tools.
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as CRMs, telephony systems, or calendar tools. By using Docuro.ai, you also agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms required by those integrations.
User Conduct & Community Guidelines
When using Docuro.ai, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform’s functionality.
- Misuse AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or discriminatory content.
- Reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell any proprietary software components.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account access.
Account and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration details and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or security breaches.
Billing and Payment
Fees are billed according to Docuro.ai’s published pricing guidelines. By subscribing, you authorize Growith LLC to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
All payments are processed securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Refunds are only provided at Growith’s sole discretion and are subject to evaluation.
Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, AI voice models, branding, and related content are the exclusive property of Growith LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
No Warranties / Limitation of Liability
Docuro.ai Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Growith LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Any direct liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Services within the previous three (3) months.
Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that all claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
Termination
Growith may suspend or terminate your access to Docuro.ai at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in conduct that may harm the platform or its users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute lie in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas.
Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services or applicable laws.
